WiFi not work?

1. Device not light?

If you use power bank, try charger plug, 5V 2A, 10W output.

If still not working, take a video, we will refund you directly after confirming.

2. WiFi have light, can’t detect wifi on Phone?

If you use power bank, try charger plug, 5V 2A, 10W output.

If still not working, put your phone and wifi together, take a video, show us your phone can’t detect wifi.

We will refund you directly after confirming.

3. Can connect WiFi, no internet?

What sim card you use? did you tried other sim card?

Notes:

Our device not support Smart Bro Rocket Sim, or Globe home wifi.
